Throw all the ingredients in a container the night before and they’re ready to tuck into the next morning. These apple raisin and almond overnight oats are a quick and easy breakfast for when you’re short on time.

  • 100 grams oats
  • 30 grams flaked almonds
  • 40 grams raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 400 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 20 grams almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  1. Add the oats, flaked almonds, raisins and cinnamon in a jar or tupperware and mix together – this helps the cinnamon mix into the almond milk better in the next step.
  2. Add your diced apple, almond milk, almond butter and maple syrup to the oats and stir until combined.
  3. Leave in the fridge overnight and in the morning take out to warm slightly half an hour before splitting between 2 bowls and digging in.
